At Flipkart, that meant owning a Pan-India reverse logistics P&L with 1,000+ headcount. At a D2C startup, it meant building fulfillment from day one. At The Home Depot, it means leading high-volume inbound ops and developing teams that perform.
My MBA thesis on forced labour risk in global supply chains was presented at the University of Sussex, UK — proof that I think about operations at every level, from the floor to the boardroom to the global economy.
